A rare composition of just six classical homes, Rockley House comes from the remarkable collaboration of acclaimed designers Genton Architect and John Patrick Landscape. A collection of spacious, exquisitely-appointed residences on one of South Yarra’s most prestigious streets.

The name Rockley is derived from the old English word ‘Rockholt’, which means ‘rock’ and ‘wood’. Exploring juxtapositions of stone and timber, Genton drew much of their inspiration from this whilst curating the interior palette.

“Rockley creates a series of contemporary townhomes, each with an emphasis on a generosity of space and natural light.”

- Marc Debney, Principal Architect at Genton

Genton was inspired by the idea of a curated space whilst designing the open-plan kitchen and dining area. Their focus was on meticulous planning and bold, beautiful finishes appointed with artful precision. The centrepiece is the island bench, a statement object formed of captivating green marble. Full-height timber joinery encompasses the space, housing an elegant bar area and sleek, European appliances.

Rockley’s interiors epitomise enduring quality. Enjoy an ever-present image of greenery through vast, full-height windows in expansive and light-filled spaces.
